Boe Spearim speaks to Gumbayngirr woman, Lisa Rapley, a Canberra-based social entrepreneur who is passionate about systems thinking, democratising business models and empowering youth. Rapley is attending Oxfam’s Straight Talk 2018 National Summit in Canberra which bring together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women from all over the country to develop skills, build networks and increase access to politicians to address issues in their communities.
