The International Mining and Resources Conference is one of the largest gatherings of mining leaders in the world, last week it was meet with protest from local people from Victoria and Aboriginal people from around the country resulting in over 70 arrests and a handful of the protesters taken to hospital. One person with a broken leg from being stomped by a police horse.
