1.The flu shot for people over 65 years old is available now, its a recommend action to take for those most vulnerable so you can have added protection from the flu.
2.The coronavirus can be confused with a bunch of other respiratory illness, common cold or the flu, the coronavirus presents differently in kids in terms it can be a variety of different symptoms so we emphasize the importance of taking your kids to your local health clinic for immunisation shots.
3.Important reminder to stay home if you don’t really need to go outdoors.
